Hi everyone, please see on our website the details for our next session starting in April. We are moving away from our Strength/Technique Phase to our Race/Speed Phase. As such the workouts will be changing to illustrate this. We are also moving outside in May and starting outdoor swim workouts as well in May. We had great turnouts for our group workouts this past session and hope to continue with this. Please share with anyone you think may be interested. Please also see our camp dates and info updated.
