July 1st to August 10th we will continue to focus on the 3 sports with:
- Tuesday night 6 pm Track session at Windsor Track
- Wednesday night 6 pm Hard Bike Session meeting on Pembroke just down from JK Fitness
- Friday Open Water Swim 6:30 at Sasamat
- Saturday Long Rides either In North Vancouver or Maple Ridge or both Depending on Coach Availability 8am meeting at south side of park royal
These sessions are designed to keep your speed up for the remaining triathlons with our focus switching to Running After this.
