March Group Sessions

Tuesday Mornings 5:30-6:30 am Swim session at Templeton Pool

Wednesday Evenings every second week starting March 4th Brick (bike/run workout) at 6:30 pm at Mahon track

Thursday Mornings 5:30-6:30 am Swim session at Templeton Pool

Saturday Mornings 8 am Bike Ride meeting at JK Fitness til May or June then in Maple Ridge (where the best riding is:))
