2015 Fall Schedule For Group Workouts

Okay that time of year where we start to think about next year and maintaining some of the base miles we have created this summer.  No hibernating yet!  Please check out our group stuff being offered this year.  Excited to centralize everything at Templeton Pool and Empire Field.  This is close for everyone giving us some great venues to choose from.  In brief we are offering 3 x a week swimming, 2 spin classes, 1 track run, and one yoga class.  Hope to see some of you out there.  Hopefully we get some of this white stuff but also be able to escape things indoors when neededwinter_cycling_400Wintertraining_teaser
